We all know this famous quote… or some variation of it… but is it always true?

After I designed this print I looked into the origin of the phrase. It was something that Friedrich Nietzsche wrote in a book called Twilight of the Idols, or How to Philosophize with a Hammer, in 1888… I haven’t read it.
