Ravi Zupa Arts is an artist-based studio in Commerce City, Colorado. Artist Ravi Zupa creates fine art, paintings, sculptures, and prints. Here at Ravi Zupa Arts, we work as a team to create, present and sell artwork via direct ecommerce, gallery shows, wholesale partnerships, and more.

Ravi currently has 3 employees who work in the studio! Much of this job is about creative problem solving where it’s encouraged to make mistakes and better one’s work as a result. The space is fit with 4 backyard ducks and a studio cat.

Sales & E-Commerce Project Apprentice

Sales & E-Commerce Project Apprentice (Short-Term, Hyrbid)

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to help our small team execute several important business projects over the next month.

This is a short-term, in-person opportunity that offers hands-on experience in a growing art business that sells directly to consumers and supplies retail shops around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the organization and execution of sales and marketing projects
  • Support e-commerce operations and online store management
  • Help manage product listings, inventory, and business systems
  • Assist with outreach and sales-related initiatives
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations and special projects as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new systems and taking initiative
  • Positive attitude and willing to pitch in wherever needed

Preferred Experience

We're looking for a motivated, energetic team member to provide short-term support in our Packing & Shipping department for approximately one month.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack and ship posters and other small works of art
  • Pack and ship larger, delicate artworks and collections
  • Manage and organize inventory
  • Respond to shipping issues and provide excellent customer service

  • Hours: 14-25hrs/week

Sculpture Apprentice/Assistant (Short Term - according to Projects)

Sculpture Apprentice/Assistant (Short Term - according to Projects)

We're looking for a Sculpture Apprentice/Assistant to join our studio for short term projects. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in sculpture and large-scale art production who is eager to learn while contributing to the creation of finished works.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with repetitive work refining and preparing sculpture pieces
  • Finish and help detail completed works
  • Mask and paint sculptures
  • Safely use metalworking tools, including grinders and drills
  • Work with paints, patinas, and other finishing materials

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience using power tools is required
  • Comfortable working safely with metalworking tools and finishing chemicals
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
  • Interested in sculpture and the process of creating metal artwork quickly and safely.
