What size frames should I get?

There are so many framing options when considering framing your new artwork. A popular option is to mat and frame artwork, a service that your local framer or art store can provide. This creates a lovely, unique framing option and it allows for variety when choosing a frame size. We also recommend UV protective glass when choosing a frame. This keeps your artwork safe and long lasting!

If you would like a flush frame, see below the options for standard frame sizes that will fit your new art. 

Print size 5.5″x8″ : A5 frame

Print size 5.5″x8.5″ : 5.5″x8.5″ frame

Print size 17″x17″ : 17″x17″ frame

Print size 24″x36″ : 24″x36″ frame

 

Can you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship all over the world, every day. In fact, we have a map on the wall of the packing and shipping area and every time we ship to a new location for the first time we put a red pin in the map. We’ve sent art to every continent except Antarctica. I do know a couple people who have lived at McMurdo, though. Perhaps one day we will make it there as well.

Sometimes there are changing international mail service disruptions and suspensions.

Please take a look at the USPS guide to current suspensions. We are happy to send you an order as soon as the suspensions are lifted!

Do I have to pay for customs fee?

If you live outside of the U.S., your country may require customs fees or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Where is my package?

There is a very good chance that it is in transit. You should have received a shipping confirmation (to the email with which you placed the order) when we packed up your order. Most orders will have USPS tracking numbers that you can use to check where your package may be.

I think my order is lost in the mail. What should I do?

Never fear! Occasionally the post office may experience delays in shipping. The post office also occasionally loses packages. Please contact hello@ravizupa.com if your package seems to be delayed or missing. We’ll figure out just what happened and help you.

Do I have a tracking number?

Most likely! Your tracking number will be sent to you via email, after we fulfill your order and your package is on its way to you.

First Class Mail and Flat Rate International shipping do not include a tracking number. We usually use these to ship small prints to save you a lot of money.

If you are concerned about it, email hello@ravizupa.com and we can make other shipping arrangements at a slightly higher rate.

Can matchboxes be shipped internationally?

Matchboxes can indeed be shipped internationally, but not the matchsticks themselves. 

We are required by international postal rules to remove the matches from the boxes.

The correct sized matchsticks for these boxes can be found at most ordinary grocery stores/supermarkets.

Can you make me a tattoo? Can I get a tattoo of your artwork?

At the moment I am not taking commissions but if you come across something that speaks to you, you have my blessing to get it tattooed on you. I’m honored!

Some tattoo artists require that you get permission from the artists. Just show them this FAQ page.

Please do send me a picture of the finished piece as I would like to share it with my audience.

As a token of my appreciation, I will also offer you a free poster and one for your tattoo artist. Email hello@ravizupa.com and she will help you with that. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Do you accept commissions?

I do not take commissions at the moment.

I think someone might have stolen your design?

If it’s just for fun, and no one is trying to make money from it, it’s probably okay. Still send us over a snapshot or screenshot so we can see it. Sometimes it’s fun for us to see what people are doing.

If the person is Arna Miller, don’t sweat it. She’s the collaborator that co-created the Drunk Cats series.

If it looks like someone is trying to sell merchandise without permission, definitely let us know. Attach an image and tell us where you saw it, we’ll look into it. Thanks for look’n out!
